
I’m a midwestern guy, living in Orlando, Florida. I’ve been a trial-by-error, amateur chef since I was 22, and working as an Intern in Atlanta, Georgia. Making incredible food on a limited budget, became my real education there. What started out as chicken fajitas and omelettes has evolved into a full blown menu of cooking by necessity….literally creating out of whatever I had in the fridge for years. The music, and strong opinions that accompany the setlist for that night in the kitchen seemed synchronistic in nature with the food that came out of it.
